Biography:During his ten years at LucasArts, Tim Schafer worked on or designed many of that company's adventure game classics, including "The Secret of Monkey Island" and its sequel, "LeChuck's Revenge." Schafer Co-Designed "Day of the Tentacle," and designed the heavy metal adventure "Full Throttle" and the film noir favorite, "Grim Fandango." In 2000, the games industry veteran left Lucas to found the independent development studio, "Double Fine Productions", which produced the critically-acclaimed platform adventure, "Psychonauts." This first game from Double Fine went on to win several industry awards including "Best Action / Adventure Game" from Official XBOX Magazine and "Game of the Year" from Eurogamer. G4TV and X-PLAY recently declared Psychonauts to be the #6 XBOX game of all time. Last year Psychonauts won the BAFTA Award in the Video Games Category "Screenplay". Double Fine is currently working on a brand new, unannounced game for Sierra Entertainment.
