You can get to Leipzig Exhibition Centre quickly and easily from the city centre by local public transport services. It only takes 6 minutes, for example, to travel from the main railway station to the Exhibition Centre on the Airport Express service.



Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe LVB (Leipzig Public Transport)

Take tram no. 16 from Leipzig Central station to "Messegelände" (the terminus) - the journey takes 19 minutes. The trams run every 10 minutes and take you almost right up to the main entrance (West Entrance / Glass Hall).

Regional railways

The regional rail service runs from Leipzig Central station to the Exhibition Centre every half hour. The journey to "Leipzig Messe" takes 6 minutes. From here, it is about a 10-minute walk to the West Entrance (Glass Hall). You can also travel one stop further by tram no. 16 to the terminus ("Messegelände").

Airport Express

The Airport Express service runs between Leipzig Central station and Leipzig/Halle Airport every half hour. This train also stops at "Leipzig Messe". Using this service, you can make a quick and safe journey from the airport (8 mins) or Leipzig Central station (6 mins) to the Exhibition Centre station.
