ISO 50001 - Certification for energy management
The international standard DIN EN ISO 50001 specifies requirements for a systematic energy management. It supports companies in using energy more efficiently, recognizing potential savings and implementing improvements in the long term.
What is reviewed
As part of the certification, it is assessed whether a company continuously records, analyses and optimises its energy use and consumption. The aim is to reduce energy consumption, lower costs and make a contribution to climate protection.
