You will find ATMs at both entrances to our exhibition grounds. In addition to these fixed ATMs, we offer a mobile ATM that can be located at different locations depending on the event. The mobile ATM charges a fee.

We offer a special family service for visits to the fair with children. We'll look after your little ones and take care of the details so that you can relax and enjoy your time.

Maternity Room

In our Glass Hall/Magnolienallee you will find a family room with a place to feed, changing table and washing facilities next to the exhibition shop Here you and your child have the opportunity to step back.

Children's Wristbands

At numerous events, we offer free children's wristbands when you visit the fair. Write your name and telephone numbers on the bands. This way we can inform you quickly if your child gets lost in the hustle and bustle of the fair. The wristbands will be handed out at the information booths.

"MesseMäuse" Childcare

Visiting the trade fair can be a challenge for parents with children. To help you and your children get the most out of your visit, we offer free childcare at numerous events. In our Glass Hall (Magnolienallee), experienced childminders from the Agentur mittagskind UG are on hand to take care of your kids.

Conditions for our free childcare:

• Your child is at least 3 years old, potty trained and healthy
• maximum supervision time is 3 hours

Further features for a relaxed trade fair visit:

• Reduced admission prices for families
• free admission for children up to and including 5 years of age

There are First Aid stations in our West entrance hall (Glass Hall) as well as in the Congress Center Leipzig (Level +1). You can receive first aid for minor injuries here.

Five restaurants, a range of snack bars and cafés as well as bistros will take care of your refreshments during your visit to the fair. Whether you want a sandwich or a full course meal: There is something for every taste. We also rely on experts for the culinary offer. fairgourmet therefore serves food for all the catering facilities on our premises. The bistros and restaurants can be found between the halls. Cafés in the East entrance hall and in the Glass Hall await your visit and snack bars in every exhibition hall will satisfy smaller hunger pangs.

Things sometimes get lost in the hustle and bustle of a trade fair. We keep found items for you in our lost property office. If you are looking for something, your request must be submitted by email during the event. After the end of the event, you can send us your enquiries both by telephone and by email.
