The countdown to the 26th edition of PARTNER PFERD has officially begun. From 18–21 January 2024, Leipziger Messe will once again become a paradise for riding fans. Sales of the hugely popular tournament tickets and day passes for the trade fair will open on 1 September at precisely 9 am. Visitors can look forward to a unique mix of top international sporting events, thrilling shows and a comprehensive exhibition, including a varied programme of social events.
"PARTNER PFERD traditionally gets the year's events here at Leipziger Messe off to a flying start", explains Martin Buhl-Wagner, Managing Director of Leipziger Messe. "In 2024, our HORSE Forum will benefit from the Veterinary Congress taking place at the same time. Various veterinary experts are attending the Forum to share exciting knowledge on the health and anatomy of horses with visitors to PARTNER PFERD."
Tournament manager Volker Wulff from EN GARDE Marketing GmbH expects to see high-performance sports at the upcoming international five-star World Cup tournament in Leipzig. "After 25 years, we can no longer imagine the FEI World Cup calendar without PARTNER PFERD. Anyone talking about riding anywhere in the world will know about the event in Leipzig in early January. Leipzig has become one of the world's top tournaments, presenting elite equestrian sports every year in an exhilarating atmosphere."
Tickets sales will begin on 1 September 2023 at 9 am. Visitors can buy day passes for the exhibition as well as tournament tickets with additional access to the seating areas. Tournament tickets can also be purchased in advance at the ticket gallery booking offices and by phone (+49 800-2181050). This year, visitors can once again use their tickets to travel on public transport in selected zones on the day of their visit, thus enjoying sustainable and affordable travel while in Leipzig.
Exceptional Atmosphere in the Stands
Every year, the exhibition halls at PARTNER PFERD provide national and international riders with excellent conditions for a superb start to the new competitive year. Spacious hall layouts, a breathtaking atmosphere and smooth logistics ensure this event is a true highlight for the top athletes and their four-legged partners.
For international competitors in horse jumping, vital points are at stake for places in the FEI World Cup Finals in Riyadh in April 2024. Furthermore, some €600,000 in prize money will be awarded. Alongside the horse jumpers, the four-in-hand carriages will be racing around the narrow course to win their World Cup points. All in all – pure excitement!
Traditionally, the doors of PARTNER PFERD are also open to national horse jumpers, amateurs and young riders who can take the opportunity to experience the international flair of the event alongside the stars of equestrian sport and be a part of this top sporting event in Leipzig.
Everthing You Need for Horses and Riding
Horse lovers come together every year at the comprehensive PARTNER PFERD exhibition. Showcasing everything from horse feed and clothes to horse health, transport and care products, numerous exhibitors from home and abroad will be there to fulfil your every wish. Informative forums offer practical advice for everyday life in the stables. At the EXHIBITOR Forum, visitors can expect first-hand presentations of new products, trends and training methods. At the HORSE Forum, experts including veterinary physician Prof Dr Christoph Muelling from Leipzig University will be offering insights into current research and presenting medical specialist knowledge to riders and horse lovers in an accessible format with everything you need to keep your horse healthy. Parents and children can look forward to a wide range of activities for kids. What is more, plans for the much-loved Action Ring in Hall 3 are well under way.
