What is the Leipziger Messe Account?
The Leipziger Messe Account gives you access to the digital services and registration systems of Leipziger Messe. Additional applications will be connected over time.
I already had an account. Why can't I sign in?
As part of the introduction of the Leipziger Messe Account, the sign-in process has been unified.
If you are signing in with your existing account for the first time, you may need to create a new password first.
To do this, use the "Forgot Password?" link.
I want to register, but I'm told that a Leipziger Messe Account already exists.
A Leipziger Messe Account has already been created for the email address you entered.
If this is your email address, please use the "Forgot Password?" function to create a new password.
If you are unsure whether the account belongs to you, please contact our support team.
I don't have a Leipziger Messe Account yet. What should I do?
On the sign-in page, select "Create Account".
After registering, you will receive an email to activate your account.
You can only sign in after your account has been successfully activated.
I have registered, but I haven't received an email.
Please check the following first:
- Your spam folder
- Your junk mail folder
- Whether you entered the correct email address
If you still have not received an email, please contact our support team.
I forgot my password.
On the sign-in page, select "Forgot Password?".
You will then receive an email with further instructions.
I want to create my password for the first time.
If you already have a Leipziger Messe Account but have not yet created a password, please use the "Forgot Password?" function.
You will then receive an email allowing you to create a new password.
My activation link no longer works.
For security reasons, activation links are only valid for a limited time.
Sign in with your Leipziger Messe Account. You will automatically be redirected to the email activation page, where you can request a new activation email.
Why do I need to confirm my email address?
Confirming your email address helps protect your account and ensures that only you have access to your data.
Can I use the same email address for multiple events?
Yes. One Leipziger Messe Account allows you to access multiple digital services and events offered by Leipziger Messe.
Can I create multiple accounts using the same email address?
No. Only one Leipziger Messe Account can be created per email address.
